Section 01

Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Mumbai 365 Tour (herein referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). These terms and conditions outline the rules, obligations, and guidelines for booking and participating in travel experiences organized by our agency.

By checking out, paying a deposit, or submitting a tour booking form on our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not confirm a booking or proceed with our payment checkout interfaces.

Section 02

Booking & Deposit Payments

To make tour planning as flexible and stress-free as possible, we offer a partial-payment business model for all signature experiences:

  • 20% Advance Deposit: Your reservation is only secured once a 20% advance deposit is successfully paid today via PayPal. All PayPal checkouts are automatically processed in equivalent USD.
  • 80% Remaining Balance: The remaining 80% balance is payable directly at the start or completion of your tour experience. Settle the balance in local cash (INR) or major credit cards.

Note: If a deposit payment is processed and declined by the payment gateway, your pending booking request is automatically canceled, and no slots will be reserved.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy Overview

We appreciate that travel plans change. However, due to scheduled commitments with tour guides, drivers, and local vendor reservations, we enforce a strict 24-Hour cancellation window:

More than 24 hours prior

Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are fully accepted. Your 20% advance deposit will be refunded in full.

Less than 24 hours (Breach)

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled tour start time are considered a policy breach. Under these circumstances, no refund will be issued.

Detailed Terms & Late Cancellation Breach

Any cancellation request must be submitted formally by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us at mumbai365tour@gmail.com. The timestamp of the email receipt determines compliance with the 24-hour window.

No-Shows & Lateness: It is the passenger's responsibility to arrive at the specified pickup location or meeting spot at the designated time. Our guide/driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes from the scheduled start slot. If you fail to arrive within this duration, your booking is classified as a late no-show (breach of policy), the tour is canceled, and the deposit is forfeited with no refund.

Refund Timeline: Eligible refunds (cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance) are credited back to the original PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

Section 04

Itinerary Changes & Modifications

We understand that travel itineraries evolve during a trip. We attempt to accommodate date changes or pickup time adjustments wherever guides and vehicles are available.

Modification Deadlines: Requests to change booking dates or slot times must be made at least 24 hours prior to the original scheduled start time. Within the 24-hour limit, modifications are treated as cancellations and are subject to the standard cancellation policy (deposit is non-refundable if rescheduled within 24 hours, unless explicitly waived in writing by our customer coordinators).

If weather anomalies, local strikes, or governmental closures require us to modify or postpone your tour, we will coordinate with you to select an alternative date or provide a full refund of your advance deposit.

Section 05

Traveler Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless experience on our private guided expeditions, guests must commit to the following obligations:

  • Accurate Personal Information: Provide valid contact numbers (preferably WhatsApp) and pick-up details. We are not responsible for missed pick-ups caused by incorrect details.
  • Health & Fitness Declarations: Certain components, such as walking through markets or climbing historic steps, require mild physical excursion. Inform guides of any mobility conditions or medical alerts in advance.
  • Code of Conduct: Respect the cultural heritage, guide instructions, and local communities. Any hostile or abusive behavior gives us the right to terminate your experience immediately with no refund.
Section 06

Liability & Force Majeure

Mumbai 365 Tour coordinates experiences in good faith using trusted local transportation, drivers, and licensed guides. However, our liability is restricted under the following conditions:

We are not liable for delayed itineraries, closures of public monuments, or cancellations caused directly by factors outside our operational control (force majeure events), including but not limited to severe monsoons, traffic gridlocks, political protests, airline delay disruptions, or state-ordered closures.

Guests are strongly advised to secure comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accidents, trip interruptions, and baggage loss prior to visiting India.
